Learn practical ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit. This workshop focuses on building healthy habits, creating sustainable self-care routines, setting boundaries, and prioritizing overall wellness. Participants leave with personalized tools and a realistic self-care plan they can apply in everyday life.

EmpowerHER: Confidence & Strength
Designed to help women and girls build confidence and recognize their inner strength, this workshop focuses on overcoming self doubt, improving self esteem, and developing a more positive self image. Through guided activities, journaling, affirmations, and group discussion, participants are encouraged to embrace their voice and personal power.

Mental Health Matters
A supportive and judgment free space to discuss emotional wellness, stress, anxiety, burnout, and healthy coping skills. Participants learn practical techniques for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and stress management while gaining a deeper understanding of mental health and self awareness.

Art & Pottery Workshops
Relax, create, and heal through hands on artistic expression. Our art and pottery workshops provide a calming environment where participants can explore creativity while reducing stress and reconnecting with themselves. Whether shaping clay, painting, or creating meaningful artwork, these sessions encourage mindfulness, self expression, and emotional release.

Balance & Boundaries
Learn how to protect your peace and establish healthier relationships. This workshop helps participants recognize unhealthy patterns, communicate more effectively, and confidently set emotional, personal, and professional boundaries without guilt.
Creative Healing: Art Therapy
Healing does not always require words. Through painting, collage, writing, and other creative activities, participants are encouraged to express emotions, process experiences, and discover new forms of healing through creativity. No artistic experience is needed.
Sisterhood Circles
A safe space for women and girls to connect, share experiences, and support one another through open conversation and guided discussion. These circles focus on building trust, strengthening community, and reminding participants they are not alone in their journey.
Vision Board & Goal Setting
Turn your dreams into action through intentional goal setting and creative visualization. Participants create personalized vision boards while identifying goals, aspirations, and affirmations that inspire motivation, focus, and growth.
Inner Child Healing
This workshop encourages participants to reconnect with the younger version of themselves to address past wounds, build self compassion, and rediscover joy. Activities may include guided reflection, journaling, visualization exercises, and healing conversations centered around personal growth and emotional healing.
Stress Relief & Mindfulness Mini Retreat
Take time to pause, reset, and recharge. This relaxing workshop experience includes guided meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, gentle movement, and stress relief techniques designed to restore balance and emotional clarity.
Mentorship Masterclass
Designed for individuals interested in mentoring and supporting young girls and young women. Participants learn trauma informed mentorship practices, communication skills, leadership development, and ways to create positive, empowering relationships that encourage growth and confidence.
